You will report to the Senior Specialist, Merchandising Business Integration and partner closely with Greater China Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial/Sales, Digital, and technology teams. You will also collaborate with the Global Business Integration team to support local adoption of global tools and help ensure Greater China requirements and insights are clearly represented.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will support the data foundations, recurring insights, and business processes that enable the Greater China Merchandising organization to make faster, better-informed decisions. Working under the direction of the Senior Specialist, you will maintain reliable product data and reporting, identify issues and opportunities, and help improve the tools and workflows used from seasonal planning through downstream execution.

Support the Data Foundation

·    Maintain, validate, and refresh product data assets, recurring reports, and scorecards used across merchandising systems and seasonal business reviews.

·    Perform data quality checks and reconciliations to identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information; document findings and coordinate follow-up with the appropriate owners.

·    Support product data classification and standardization, so information is structured consistently from initial code setup through seasonal execution.

Enable Merchandising Excellence

·    Analyze sales trends, product performance, historical results, buy-plan variances, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into concise business commentary for merchandising reviews.

·    Support recurring scorecard reporting, OBR, hindsight, and analysis for key merchandising events by preparing accurate data, identifying patterns, and surfacing relevant insights.

·    Assist with seasonal margin checks and analysis that informs MSRP recommendations, promotional guidance, and related product and channel logic.

·    Support merchandising tools and workflows by testing system logic, documenting functional issues, and partnering with technology teams or vendors to improve data quality and usability.

·    Support sample-management activities, including order tracking, budget inputs, logistics coordination, inventory visibility, and the sample-borrowing process, as assigned.

Connect Global & Local

·    Gather and document Greater China business requirements, user feedback, and data needs for review with the Senior Specialist and Global Business Integration team.

·    Support testing, issue tracking, communication, and local adoption of global tools and initiatives; escalate gaps or risks with clear supporting detail.

·    Help translate merchandising strategy into accurate downstream product and channel requirements, including product attributes, assortment rules, pricing and promotional guidance, and order-collection needs.

Document, Communicate & Improve

·    Maintain clear documentation for data definitions, recurring processes, reporting logic, usage guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

·    Prepare practical communications, reference materials, and training support that help teams use product data, reports, and tools consistently.

·    Identify repeatable manual work and contribute to standardized, automated, or analytical solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and team productivity.

·    Support Game Plan gates, calendars, workback timelines, system dependencies, and cross-functional integration and follow-through across seasonal merchandising workflows.
