WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will report to the NDDC Planning Latam Director. You will work closely with Assortment and Business Planners and Allocators to achieve revenue, margin and inventory objectives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketplace Partners, Inventory Operations, Merchandising and Enterprise Business Planning teams. This role has no direct reports.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Assortment Planner Analyst plays a critical role in meeting consumer needs and optimizing business performance during the season. The successful candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They can transform insights into actions, collaborate effectively across functions, and proactively identify business risks and opportunities to maximize revenue, margin and inventory productivity.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of retail planning experience in a vertical or digital environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Fashion/Textiles or related disciplines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Experience with Tableau, Cognos BI and AI tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling capabilities.
  • Highly proficient in English.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will analyse pricing, promotions and inventory opportunities across Nike channels to maximize revenue, margin and inventory productivity. You will identify performance opportunities, drive in-season actions and integrate insights into future planning decisions.

  • Conduct analysis to determine optimized pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Evaluate inventory movements across channels to improve productivity.
  • Identify over- and under-performing styles.
  • Develop strategies to improve marketplace performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Incorporate in-season learnings into future planning decisions.
