  • Strong organizational aptitude. Ability to meet deadlines, manage budgets, and anticipate risks without manager oversight

  • Capacity to cultivate efficient teamwork dynamics, demonstrating openness, ambition, partnership, and high standards

  • Ability to drive clarity across teams: clear communication, clear vision setting, and clear deliverables.

  • Develop local briefs to align all marketing teams (retail, digital, media, comms, brand creative, social media) against a shared vision for Latin America

  • Develop local tactics to create brand demand and brand love in Mexico, from concept to execution

  • Coordinate marketing, business, and merchandising teams to create cohesive plans

  • Monitor, measure, and report on brand and commercial impact

  • Adapt to evolving business needs, reprioritizing or evolving plans as needed

You will conceive, develop, plan, manage, and execute. You must be organized.

In this role, you will execute marketing plans in Mexico City as well as deliver strategic direction, examples, and feedback to Central and South America teams.
