Strategic Planning teams shape and drive the company’s growth agenda by leading the business planning processes, aligning enterprise leadership to make our biggest opportunities a reality, and spearhead transformational projects across Converse’s diverse businesses and geographies. Embedded in teams across the company, we serve as critical thought partners to our senior leaders to explore complex business issues, conduct consumer, competitive and market analyses, create financial models, and develop action plans to galvanize our teams. This role will also assist Finance with key projects related to strategic efforts underway.

Converse Strategic Planning is looking for MBA talent interested in Corporate Strategy. We have exciting internship opportunities across our teams including Global Growth, Sportswear, , Product Creation, Operations and Marketing. These teams lead Converse into the future, catalyze profitable and sustainable growth, inspire and drive thought leadership and embrace a culture of inclusiveness.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in an MBA program with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028
- Background in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, business development, corporate development, investment banking, finance, digital/e-commerce, retail or general apparel brands, or related fields
- 3-5 years work experience strongly preferred

Skills:
- Demonstrated problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills with experience leading multiple simultaneous projects.
- Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity and influence across a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
As a Strategic Planning Intern, you’ll partner to develop elements of Converse’s global long-term growth strategy through Strategic Planning and Finance. You’ll manage one or more cross-functional projects in support of management to help identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and/or problems, and to catalyze action against these priorities through long-range business planning and performance management.
Project examples include, but are not limited to:
- Cross-consumer assessment of Key Product Franchises and determine the potential brand & commercial impact of cultural & sport moments
- Develop a recommendation for expanding our digital footprint in an international emerging market
- Identify growth opportunities and define a consumer narrative for key consumer segments
