WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role sits within Nike’s Delivery & Capacity Management team situated in Bangalore, India and reports to the Delivery & Capacity Senior Manager in India. The analyst partners with Manufacturing Partner teams and NIKE cross-functional teams across India, PHK and Asia, including Sourcing, Supply Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials, Merchandising and Logistics.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate is a proactive and accountable supply chain professional who combines strong analytical capability with clear stakeholder communication. They work effectively across functions, cultures and external manufacturing partners, using data to identify risks, resolve problems and influence timely decisions. They bring practical knowledge of manufacturing operations and production planning, strong attention to detail, and the organization and urgency required to manage competing priorities. They are comfortable navigating conflict, building productive partnerships and translating complex analysis into clear recommendations and stories for varied audiences. Success in this role also requires resourcefulness, sound judgment and a consistent drive to improve delivery and capacity outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, supply chain or a related field, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or a related capacity within manufacturing, trading or the consumer goods industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with mid-to-advanced proficiency in Excel and database or visualization tools such as Databricks, Tableau or Power BI.
• Proven verbal, written and graphical communication skills in English with strong influencing and storytelling capability preferred.
• Strong self-motivation, accountability, resourcefulness and urgency, with the ability to resolve conflict, build partnerships and stay organized with close attention to detail are a plus.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will execute Nike’s supply plan across assigned India factories, using capacity, source-plan and supply-plan analysis to optimize on-time delivery. You will collaborate with internal teams and manufacturing partners to anticipate supply risks, resolve execution challenges and improve delivery performance.
• You will monitor factory capacity utilization, supply plans, identify risks, and support timely decisions before and during purchase order execution.
• Lead root cause analysis for performance gaps and conduct output and on-time delivery reviews with relevant internal teams and manufacturing partners.
• Lead Delivery & Capacity Management support for new partner ramp-ups in India and serve as the primary analyst for assigned facilities.
• Partner with the DCM India Lead and India GM to manage the import program, including BIS work management, part classifications and factory certification status maintenance.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and India Merchandising to drive multi-source selections that improve product availability for the marketplace.
• Support the India Inbound team with shipment prioritization, status tracking and coverage updates.
• Run component program planning for existing and new products, coordinating with stakeholders to support execution and issue resolution.
