We are seeking a visionary, highly curious, and operationally expert Digital Brand Marketing Director to lead our Basketball Digital Brand Marketing offense in GC. The ideal candidate will not only co-create a new era of Nike Basketball but also demonstrate the courage to pursue ambitious goals, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to build and leverage a global network for cross-cultural collaboration.
You must be a consumer-obsessed, hoops-driven marketer with deep strategic and operational expertise in basketball, from grassroots to the NBA. You will act as a brand innovator who elevates team performance, influences decision-makers, and delivers consistently exceptional quality in every execution.

What You Will Work On
- Develop and execute the GC digital brand marketing strategy for basketball, ensuring each activation meets the highest standards of quality and resonates with GC consumers during key moments.
- Lead with strategic storytelling to align cross-functional and leadership stakeholders around big ideas.
- Manage resource planning and delivery execution to bring ideas to life with precision and excellence.
- Collaborate with and empower top-tier creative talent to produce world-class consumer experiences.
Who You Will Work With
You will report directly to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing GC and lead a high-performing team that orchestrates the digital marketing offense for Basketball. This role works hand-in-hand with:
- Global Digital Marketing team
- GC Basketball marketing teams
- Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) team
...to ensure brand storytelling, demand generation, and community connection are all executed at the highest level.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in brand marketing with deep, demonstrated expertise in the basketball ecosystem (elite to everyday athletes).
- Genuine passion for basketball, culture, fashion, and growing the sport in underserved communities.
- Extensive knowledge of Nike Basketball products and athlete portfolio.
- Strong command of digital platforms (e-commerce, apps, etc.).
- Experience leading diverse, high-performance teams with a team-first mentality and influence at senior levels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of inspiring internal and external audiences.
- Ability to balance creativity with discipline in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Visionary mindset with the courage to pursue bold goals.
