DIRECTOR, PLANNING ANALYTICS (ENTERPRISE BUSINESS PLANNING)

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role partners with Enterprise Business Planning, Business Intelligence, and Technology teams, collaborating with senior leaders across Nike’s global supply chain and manufacturing network. You’ll lead a high-performing analytics team and build strong relationships to deliver solutions that move the business forward.

This person brings deep expertise in predictive and prescriptive modeling, machine learning, and enterprise planning systems. Key Qualifications:
  • Open to work in Portland, OR
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Proven leadership experience managing analytics teams
  • Expertise in predictive and prescriptive modeling, machine learning, and enterprise planning systems

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll lead Nike’s analytics strategy for Enterprise Business Planning, enabling consistent metrics, standardized reporting, and self-service data solutions. Your work will shape how Nike plans and delivers billions of products worldwide.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Drive analytics initiatives that align financial, merchandising, and supply chain planning
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive models to optimize decision-making
  • Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team with clear priorities
  • Partner with global business teams to activate Nike’s EBP offense
  • Create scalable reporting frameworks and self-service data tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership
