The Greater China Local Creation team creates inspiring product closer to the consumer. By deepening consumer connection and operating with speed and specificity, the team translates local sport, culture, style, and marketplace insights into product that resonates with consumers in GC.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a footwear product leader with a strong product eye and deep curiosity about Greater China consumers. You will lead key Nike footwear product journeys for Local Creation GC, from insight and brief through line planning, creation, storytelling, and marketplace readiness. You are a confident cross-functional leader who can connect strategy with detail and move work forward through influence.

You will help turn local consumer insights into compelling footwear concepts and assortments that strengthen the Nike Brand and serve the marketplace with speed and specificity.
You should be a strategic thinker who can clearly articulate product vision, influence cross-functional partners, and align teams around key priorities. You are not just a product manage but also a project manager that can effectively drive complex initiatives from concept to execution while balancing speed, quality, and business impact.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Own seasonal product line plans for assigned Nike footwear franchises, consumer segments, or local opportunities.
Translate consumer, sport, style, color, material, and marketplace insights into product briefs and clear creation priorities.
Partner with Design and Product Development throughout the creation process to make timely product decisions and deliver compelling, locally relevant footwear.
Work with Merchandising, Planning, Brand, and Marketplace partners to ensure the line supports franchise strategy, consumer journeys, and business objectives.
Manage product information, pricing, lifecycle, cost and margin inputs, and creation milestones with accuracy and discipline.
Lead cross-functional working sessions and present product strategies, line plans, and decisions at key checkpoints.
Identify risks and opportunities early, recommend actions, and help improve ways of working across Local Creation.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work within the Nike Footwear Product Line Management team for Local Creation GC and partner closely with Footwear Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Planning, Brand, Marketplace, and global product teams. You may guide project teams or coach less-experienced product line managers.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
8+ years of relevant experience in footwear product management, merchandising, product creation, or a closely related field.
Strong understanding of footwear product creation, line planning, product lifecycle, and product storytelling.
Proven ability to capture consumer insights and translate them into compelling product solutions.
Strong product eye and knowledge of footwear trends, color, materials, innovation, and sport or lifestyle culture.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing partners without direct authority.
Strong planning, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
Fluency in English and Chinese is strongly preferred.
