This person understands what Sales teams and marketplace partners need to confidently bring seasonal assortments to market and can connect strategy to execution across complex Global and Geo environments.

- Ability to translate sport, brand, product, and commercial strategies into clear, compelling, and partner-right sales narratives and experiences.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional work and influencing partners without direct authority.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, connect multiple perspectives, and create clarity across competing priorities.
- Strong communication, facilitation, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience working across Global and Geo teams and balancing enterprise consistency with local marketplace relevance.
- A collaborative, curious, and continuous-improvement mindset.
- Passion for sport, consumers, and the marketplace.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
- As a Global Sales GTM Sport Lead, you will own the seasonal marketplace sell-in strategy and GTM journey planning for an assigned sport. You will connect Global sport priorities with Geo and partner opportunities, ensuring Sales teams have the stories, tools, education, and experiences needed to confidently bring seasonal assortments to market.
- Shape and lead seasonal sell-in strategies that connect sport, consumer, product, and commercial priorities.
- Identify and prioritize the marketplace opportunities where GTM support can have the greatest business impact.
