WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Converse Entertainment and Energy Marketing connects with culture-shaping communities and brings new ideas to the intersections of music, style, sport and culture, including fashion, streetwear, art and design.
As part of the Paris Energy team, this role works cross-functionally with Global and Paris City Marketing teams, and partners closely with Marketplace, Digital and Communications.

The person in this role is a creative, strategic connector who builds trust, spots relevant opportunities and brings people together across the brand, business and culture. They know how to move with care and confidence, celebrating brand values, accelerating business priorities and advancing Creator culture.

- Proven experience in brand and/or brand functional management, with a strong focus on cultural marketing and collaborations.
- Deep knowledge of Paris subcultures and communities across art, design, fashion, streetwear, music and hospitality, with the ability to build authentic relationships in these spaces or the curiosity and potential to grow into them.
- Strong communication, presentation and project management skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders across brand and business.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the judgment and care to navigate complex conversations with internal and external partners.
- Strong understanding of competitive brands, products and the current retail landscape in the cultural collaboration space.
- Highly collaborative, adaptable and comfortable working in an agile environment.
- Passion for creativity and sport, and the role both can play in culture and community.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the Paris Energy Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Global Entertainment and Energy team and report directly to the Energy and Entertainment Marketing Director. You will help lead a connected, cross-functional team focused on the following core duties:
Specifically, you will:
- Create integrated marketing concepts from planning through execution, pushing the intersections of music, fashion, style and culture through creativity.
- Strengthen integration with the Global Energy and Entertainment team by identifying key partners in Paris.
- Build and manage trusted partnerships across internal teams and external partners.
- Support the Global Brand Marketing cross-functional offense with partners across Omni Channel Marketing, City Marketing, Brand Marketing, Communications, Brand Creative and Marketplace to drive integrated plans.
- Brief and manage external agencies, keeping work clear, connected and on strategy.
- Identify, gather and translate insights about forward-thinking consumers to better serve creative communities on the ground in Paris, and share feedback with Global Energy, City and Brand teams to inform long-term concepts.
- Partner with the Global and City Energy and Entertainment team to create an integrated product seeding offense.
