WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

To stay at the top of our game, we’re looking for an Operations Specialist (3IC) who can help provide the kind of above-and-beyond service that inspires Nike fans for life!

You’ll partner with the Coach – Operational Excellence to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service. This position is a split between office (rostering, payroll) and cash wrap (serving consumers on registers)

Reporting into the Coach, you will:

• Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers

• Coach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team

• Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential

• Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Your passion for the Nike brand and desire to grow your leadership career

• Your 1-2 years retail leadership experience within stockroom management, stock planning, facility management or similar

• Your strong written and verbal communication skills

• Your sound computer proficiency

• Your natural sense of urgency
