WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role will be reporting into the Human Resources (HR) People Solutions Readiness Senior Manager and part of our Teammate Experience Services and Readiness team, which is focused on both readiness and advisory/service center support within our HR function. You will work collaboratively across HR teams such as People Solutions, HR Portfolio, Center of Excellences (CoEs), Business HR and more to ensure smooth readiness in advance of all HR service and program rollouts, including both new and annual/regular events.

The role will be part of a global team focused on readiness delivery. The Readiness team builds strong relationships with teams throughout HR to understand their programs and provide strategic advice and counsel on how best to ready HR teams through communications, training, and other tactics. The team assists with the creation and delivery of Readiness content to effectively prepare our HR support teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role will be versatile, supporting all readiness activities for new initiatives, yearly programs, and overall changes for services provided by the People Solutions Readiness team. This role will develop communication materials for specific initiatives and deliver necessary training and activities across People Solutions globally.

This role will work across the business to elevate, implement the purpose and role of strategic employee communications and engagement across the organization, build strong partnerships, and serve as a trusted advisor.

Understanding business and employee needs and helping to develop the right tools such as Readiness training content with structured templates, job aids for training and strategy to support engagement and awareness is a key for this role.

The People Solutions HR Readiness Professional brings the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years directly relevant work experience as HR.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.

  • Excellent customer service, communication, listening skills to a broad business audience, and ability to multi-task and manage different priorities at once by providing support over multiple, ongoing channels.

  • Ability to prioritize high volume of competing priorities, adapt to different customer types and situations, using emotional intelligence and empathy, with a strong ability to work in teams effectively.

  • Project management or readiness experience preferred but not required.

  • Workday and ServiceNow experience preferred but not required.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will engage with stakeholders across multiple functions throughout NIKE to understand readiness needs, gather requirements, create and update content, assess training needs and deliver material, and create communications according to the needs of each function. You will coordinate with the People Solutions Readiness Senior Manager and team to ensure consistency in processes, awareness in team direction, and alignment with HR strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Training and Awareness Building: develop training materials to support Change and Transition and act as a content provider for training materials related to transition management.

  • Assist with creation of Readiness training content, including creating structured templates and job aids for training.

  • Create dashboards and PPT templates for consistent look and feel across all communication products.

  • Conduct training for various teams within People Solutions.

  • Providing input on key employee-facing initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships with key collaborators throughout HR as assigned, understand their communication requirements, and provide them with strategic advice and counsel.
