Who We Are Looking For: 

We are looking for an exceptional team player, focused on creative excellence from concept through execution and delivery. You’ll work under the direction of Lead Designers and alongside creative directors, brand marketing directors, narrative leads, production and ops. You will need to be versatile, eager to learn, and able to develop your skills. A Global Brand Creative, Brand Experience & Content Creation Intern will have a passion for creativity and commitment to staying up to date with current and future trends and technology. 

What You Will Experience: 

In the NIKE, Inc. Summer Internship Program, you’ll contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap.  

With the guidance of senior leaders and experienced managers, you’ll take ownership of a project that’s been scoped to drive impact. These projects are designed to challenge your critical thinking, further develop your skills and foster effective collaboration while contributing directly to your team’s goals.  

You will work as a part of a multidisciplinary design team, focused on delivering world-class brand design storytelling, with innovative thinking and an obsession around the craft in service of Nike’s go-to-market partners. You will get to help craft art direction for photography, video, experiences and 3D digital design, ensuring our content is always on-brand, diverse, contemporary, desirable, and within agreed budgets. Keep up to date with emerging trends in fashion, design, film, art, media, and technology as relevant to Nike.

What You Bring: 

Qualifications: 

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027  

  • Background in design, graphic design, brand design, photography, fine art, or a related field 

  • 0 - 2 years of work experience  

  • Resume submission (PDF strongly preferred) 

  • A portfolio and/or reel showcasing relevant work, exhibiting proficiency in digital design, is required 

Skills: 

  • Candidates must have the ability to work on team efforts while working independently to deliver on individual responsibilities. 

  • Candidates must have the ability to apply visual skills to communicate complex ideas, helping align stakeholders with clarity and influence. 

  • Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills with dedication to collaborate with internal partners, and drive to create a positive work environment. 

  • Candidates should have experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. 

Portfolio Submissions Guidelines: 

  • To be considered, all applicants must submit a resume and a portfolio and/or reel. We recommend including a URL to a portfolio website on your resume. If your portfolio is not online, we will reach out to collect a digital copy.   

  • Competitive portfolios and/or reels will possess knowledge and expertise in photo and video production, art direction, graphic design, 3D digital design, and experiences.

En el caso de los puestos de Retail, tendrás que realizar una evaluación interactiva que incluye una conversación y cuestionarios. Te tomará entre 10 y 20 minutos completarla. Independientemente del puesto, queremos conocerte a ti, a tu yo en su totalidad, así que comparte quién eres, qué te hace singular y qué deseas hacer.

03 Entrevista

Entra en esta fase con confianza: investiga, entiende lo que buscamos y prepárate para las preguntas que nos harán saber más sobre ti y tus antecedentes.
