SENIOR PLANNER- ACG Men’s & Women’s

Step into one of Nike’s most coveted teams. All Conditions Gear is the outdoor-performance brand for athletes who chase challenge, adventure, and the raw connection that comes from thriving in the wild. From the expanding All Conditions Racing Department to partnerships with leading trail races, we show up for outdoor athletes and the communities that move with them. Our mission: help consumers and teammates thrive in every condition—and have a good time doing it.

As Senior Planner, you’ll help chart the next stretch of trail as we continue to build ACG across North America. You’ll blend science, instinct, and a genuine passion for the outdoors to shape the trajectory of the brand. If you’re ready to build what’s next—not simply follow a map—this is your chance to be part of something WILD.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:

You’ll move cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sport Planning, Marketplace Planning, Sales, and Marketing/Brand teams—bringing clarity, curiosity, and momentum to every partnership.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:

This won’t be just another planning job. It will be rewarding, fast-paced, and close to the pulse of the North America ACG men’s and women’s business. As an ambassador for Nike and ACG, you’ll bring drive, determination, and an unyielding commitment to excellence to the everyday work. You’ll create assortment plans that tell a sharp seasonal story and help Merchandising build a line grounded in profitability and consumer-centered offerings. Along the way, you’ll connect financial plans with product opportunities by collaborating closely with Merchandising and Sales on a comprehensive strategy for what comes next.

  • Use statistical forecasting, data science, and bold new ways of working to build stronger plans and make smarter pre-season and in-season decisions.
  • Bring hands-on assortment planning experience and a strong command of financial, product, and inventory planning.
  • Move people to action with compelling, data-grounded storytelling.
  • Link up with key Geo and Global partners to strengthen business health across the full product life cycle
  • Bring a real connection to the outdoors and the product segment—mud on your shoes is welcome, though not required

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a Senior Planner who can turn complexity into a clear route forward. You’ll build end-to-end, bottoms-up assortment plans with Merchandising, Sales, and Business Planning, creating forecasts grounded in profitability, productivity, and consumer-centered offerings. You’ll own pre-season style-color forecasts, sharpen them through in-season optimization, and help drive a robust seasonal rolling forecast with account planning teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.  Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
