The Marketplace Supply Chain team connects Supply Chain, Commercial, Planning, and Marketplace Operations. The team helps ensure the right products reach marketplace partners at the right time, enabling key consumer and sport moments across Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
As a Marketplace Supply Chain Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of marketplace partners and coordinate the end-to-end supply chain experience. You will collaborate across functions, influence business decisions, and help deliver product launches, seasonal transitions, and commercial opportunities.
This role is designed for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges and wants to grow at the intersection of operations, analytics, and commercial decision-making.
You will identify readiness risks, coordinate action across teams, and strengthen marketplace execution during critical periods.
What You'll Do
• Own a meaningful part of the business. Lead the end-to-end marketplace supply chain for a portfolio of accounts, products, or consumer moments. Help products reach the marketplace reliably and with excellence.
• Connect teams and priorities. Partner with Commercial, Sales, Planning, Marketplace Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align priorities, navigate complexity, and make decisions that improve marketplace performance.
• Shape launches and seasonal moments. Help bring key sport and marketplace initiatives to life. Identify risks early, coordinate cross-functional action plans, and keep teams ahead of challenges.
• Turn insight into impact. Use data, reporting, and marketplace intelligence to uncover opportunities, anticipate challenges, and influence decisions that improve service, availability, and the consumer experience.
• Lead through expertise and influence. Own a process or sport-focused area of responsibility, build subject-matter expertise, and help shape best practices and future ways of working across CEMEA.
• Improve how work gets done. Simplify processes, strengthen operational excellence, and help the organization evolve to meet future marketplace needs.
Why This Role Is Exciting
• You'll work across Supply Chain, Commercial, Analytics, and Sport, gaining exposure beyond a traditional operations role.
• You'll build experience across a diverse region with different countries, consumer needs, marketplace models, and strategic partners.
• You'll influence decisions that directly affect launch execution, marketplace service, and business performance.
• You'll develop capabilities that can support future opportunities across Supply Chain, Marketplace Operations, Planning, Commercial, Analytics, and people leadership.
• You'll join an environment where ownership, curiosity, and initiative are valued, and where your ideas can improve how the business operates.
What You'll Bring
• Proven experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, or another business-related field.
• A drive to solve business challenges and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, plus curiosity about the factors that shape business performance.
• The ability to build relationships, collaborate across teams, and communicate clearly with a range of partners.
• An ownership mindset, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to improving both your work and the business.
