WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Sport Readiness team serves as the Marketplace Supply Chain lead for an assigned sport, driving seasonal readiness and execution across Nike’s omnichannel marketplace. The team partners with Sport GMs, Merchandising, Planning, Brand, Marketing, Transportation, and Marketplace Supply Chain Direct and Partner teams to manage the orderbook, anticipate and mitigate risk, coordinate launches, and help deliver product to the marketplace on time.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The MSC Seasonal Readiness Team is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist II who can turn complex supply chain information into clear action. The ideal candidate brings supply chain experience, sharp attention to detail, and a collaborative approach. They work effectively in a dynamic environment, communicate with clarity, and manage multiple priorities without losing sight of accuracy or impact.
This individual uses SAP and reporting tools to manage the orderbook, surface risks and opportunities, and share actionable insights with cross-functional partners. They build trusted relationships, navigate ambiguity, and strengthen seasonal execution through operational excellence.
Critical Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Supply Chain, Operations or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, process improvement or strategic communication.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive approach
- Ability to analyze data, influence decisions, and communicate insights through clear storytelling
- Experience using SAP, Excel, and Tableau

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will coordinate and execute activities across the omnichannel orderbook for your assigned sport. You will connect cross-functional partners, share timely information, identify risks, and drive actions that support seasonal objectives. You will represent your sport across Marketplace Supply Chain and help move product to the marketplace with clarity and precision.
In this role, you will:
- Partner across functions to establish and maintain clear communication standards and support consistent delivery of your sport to the marketplace.
- Monitor and execute product launches to help ensure marketplace coverage is complete and on time.
- Deliver clear, audience-focused communication across forums, from one-on-one conversations to formal presentations.
- Track deadlines against the code calendar, coordinate required actions, and communicate updates to cross-functional partners.
- Build a connected cross-functional network, align partners around shared priorities, and drive coordinated action.
- Manage competing requests, set priorities, and follow through to support on-time marketplace delivery.
