WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As part of the Finance Automation Strategy Team (FAST), you will work closely with Finance process owners and stakeholders across Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P). You will also collaborate with automation developers, architects, technology teams and global platform owners to deliver automation solutions across EMEA.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a professional who combines the business-facing capabilities of a Finance Automation Analyst with the technical ownership responsibilities of an Automation Platform Engineer.

You are passionate about improving Finance processes through automation and AI while ensuring the underlying platform is stable, compliant and structured for solution delivery. You are comfortable working across both business and technology teams, translating business needs into automation solutions and supporting the platforms that enable them.


Essential requirements:

Business & Automation Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance Automation or Process Improvement.
  • Experience with automation technologies and platforms such as RPA, Workflow, Intelligent OCR, Chatbots, Reporting and AI solutions.
  • A foundational understanding of Finance processes including FP&A, O2C, R2R and P2P.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading projects and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong process mapping, business analysis and documentation capabilities.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for automation, innovation and AI adoption.

Technical & Platform Expertise

  • IT-related degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • Basic to intermediate experience with technologies such as SQL, Python, APIs and automation platforms.
  • Experience with platform administration, environment management and automation infrastructure support is a plus.
  • Nice to have: Automation Anywhere Developer Certification (or equivalent), experience with Databricks, Cursor and relevant AI tools.

 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role, you will be responsible for both driving automation initiatives and supporting the underlying automation platform ecosystem across EMEA.

Finance Automation Analyst

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business areas across RPA, Workflow, OCR, Chatbots, Reporting, AI and related solutions.
  • Identify, assess, prioritize and build the pipeline of automation opportunities that deliver measurable business value.
  • Lead discovery workshops, process analysis, requirements gathering and business case development.
  • Manage automation initiatives from intake through deployment, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, risks and expected outcomes.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement, testing, change management, user adoption, training and post-go-live support.
  • Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities to optimize Finance processes and enhance the user experience.


Automation Platform Analyst

  • Support in maintaining the EMEA Finance Automation platform landscape, including Automation Anywhere, Virtual Machines, Windows Servers and supporting infrastructure.
  • Act as the primary EMEA contact for platform administration, governance and operational support.
  • Integration and solution implementation by building and maintaining connection points between enterprise systems and platforms.
  • Manage platform access, environments, testing coordination, release activities and overall platform readiness.
  • Monitor platform health, performance, adoption, capacity and operational risks to ensure reliable and secure operations.
  • Partner with the global platform owner and technology teams to support enhancements, upgrades, roadmap initiatives and issue resolution.
  • Establish and maintain platform standards, documentation and best practices across EMEA.
  • Support platform audits, control activities and compliance requirements where applicable.
