WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Our Global Revenue and Margin Reporting team provides enterprise financial reporting and analytics for the CEO, CFO, Investor Relations, Enterprise Strategy, CBPLT, Global/Geo Consumer, Merchandising, and Demand and Supply Management teams. We track business performance across all time periods, including month, quarter, fiscal year, and historical trends.

The ideal candidate should excel in ambiguous and collaborative settings, viewing them as opportunities to develop new strategies and approaches that deliver value to Nike. Technical savviness is essential, with the ability to transform large data sets into insights, reporting, and visualizations, and present these insights clearly across multiple leadership levels.
The candidate should continuously seek impactful business drivers, key performance indicators, and automation for storytelling, financial modeling, and visualization. Effective communication across various stakeholders and levels, including Finance, Operations, Merchandising, Insights, Data and Analytics, Controlling, and Investor Relations, is crucial. Attention to detail and a robust process for validating reporting accuracy are also key requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, and/or budgeting/forecasting
- Consumer Products or Retail Industry experience is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Proficient verbal & written communication skills; Interacts well with a diverse network of global business partners
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will be at the forefront of our financial reporting efforts, preparing monthly brand revenue, point of sales, and wholesale equivalent revenue reports. You will seamlessly integrate product margin and gross margin into our existing revenue reporting, ensuring a comprehensive view of our financial performance. By executing a single source of reporting suite, you will bring together finance, marketplace, and demand plan data/metrics, while implementing robust access controls.
You will masterfully understand and communicate complex financial information using systems like SQL scripts, COGNOS, Tableau, and Power BI. Your expertise will enable you to create standard reporting packages tailored to various business needs and empower the business to self-serve on these developed packages. Your analytical skills will be crucial in performing thorough analysis and investigation for reporting validation.
Responsibilities:
- Apply innovative solutions to reporting designs, leveraging your experience and best practices, with guidance from the manager.
- Evaluate and identify the most effective options for reporting excellence, aligning with senior teammates and the manager.
- Serve as a key resource to Global/Geo Finance teammates, designing reporting packages that meet business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing reporting design and KPI capture, resolving complex problems, and navigating solutions with leadership guidance.
- Collaborate with Global and Geo Retail Sales teams to align key metrics and logic in dashboards.
- Consolidate Global and Geo Finance Reporting requirements from Consumer Teams and GBP to develop standard reports that serve multiple deliverables (MOFO, CFOR, QBR, etc.).
- Manage, execute, and ensure the accuracy of reporting amidst the evolving complexity of systems, platforms, and metrics.
