Nike is looking for a Senior Manager, Security PMO Governance & Delivery to lead governance, strategic planning, and delivery oversight across Global Security Governance & Modernization initiatives.

This role serves as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, translating security modernization priorities into integrated roadmaps, governance forums, executive updates, investment visibility, and disciplined portfolio delivery.
You will maintain the enterprise view across modernization programs, capability investments, governance workstreams, and strategic initiatives while ensuring leaders have clear, credible, and timely information to make decisions and drive action.

·      External consultants, vendors, integrators, and strategic partners

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The candidate should demonstrate:
·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Project Management, Public Administration, Strategy, Operations, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
·      7+ years of directly relevant experience in portfolio management, PMO leadership, strategy, governance, management consulting, enterprise transformation, business operations, or program management.
·      Experience managing large-scale, multi-year portfolios or complex cross-functional strategic initiatives.
·      Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and aligning stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
·      Experience creating multi-year roadmaps, investment plans, governance structures, executive reporting, and operating rhythms.
·      Strong analytical, financial, and business planning skills with the ability to connect strategy, funding, execution, and outcomes.
·      Experience managing risks, dependencies, prioritization decisions, decision logs, issues, and competing business demands.
·      Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to create crisp executive updates, strategic narratives, one-pagers, scorecards, and decision materials.
·      Excellent facilitation skills, including the ability to run governance forums, leadership reviews, and cross-functional working sessions.
·      Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, portfolio status views, and performance reporting that leaders can act on.
·      Comfort operating in ambiguity and bringing structure, sequencing, and clarity to complex work.
·      Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability through governance, transparency, and disciplined follow-through.

Preferred Requirements:
·      Experience leading or supporting enterprise PMOs, transformation offices, governance functions, strategy teams, or portfolio management organizations.
·      Experience working across Security, Technology, Finance, Facilities, Procurement, Legal, HR, Privacy, and Corporate Functions.
·      Knowledge of portfolio management methodologies, governance models, capital planning, annual planning, and long-range planning processes.
·      Experience facilitating advisory boards, steering committees, executive governance forums, or senior leadership operating rhythms.
·      Strong storytelling and presentation-building skills, including the ability to synthesize complex portfolio information into clear executive narratives.
·      Experience managing capital investments, operating budgets, financial governance, funding phasing, or investment prioritization.
·      Experience balancing strategic planning with disciplined execution oversight across multiple programs, workstreams, and partner organizations.
·      Master of Business Administration and/or similar graduate degree preferred.
 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the Senior Manager, Security PMO Governance & Delivery , you will help shape and operationalize the long
term strategy for Global Security Governance & Modernization while ensuring disciplined execution across the
portfolio. You will serve as the portfolio leader responsible for integrating strategy, planning, governance, financial
oversight, risk management, and delivery transparency into one connected operating model.
 

Build & Maintain Integrated Portfolio Plans
·      Own the integrated master roadmap across capability areas, programs, governance workstreams, and cross-functional partners.
·      Translate strategic objectives into sequenced roadmaps, milestones, workstreams, decision points, and measurable outcomes.
·      Coordinate portfolio priorities, dependencies, handoffs, critical path activities, and cross-functional sequencing.
·      Ensure alignment across Security, Technology, GPS, Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal, Privacy, and delivery partners.
·      Maintain roadmap transparency so leaders can understand progress, tradeoffs, risks, and upcoming decisions.
 

Drive Governance & Functional Alignment
·      Lead governance cadence across modernization programs and strategic security initiatives.
·      Facilitate Security Advisory Board meetings, decision forums, leadership reviews, and executive update cycles.
·      Develop executive presentations, strategic narratives, decision materials, quarterly updates, and portfolio readouts.
·      Help leaders evaluate tradeoffs related to scope, timing, sequencing, resource needs, financial impacts, and risk.
·      Establish and continuously improve governance frameworks, decision rights, escalation paths, and portfolio operating rhythms.
 

Lead Financial & Risk Management
·      Partner with Finance and PMO organizations to support investment planning, spend transparency, funding phasing, and cost governance.
·      Coordinate portfolio financial reporting, budget visibility, forecast updates, and investment performance reviews.
·      Support annual planning, long-range planning, business case development, and investment prioritization activities.
·      Maintain risk, issue, assumption, dependency, and decision discipline across the portfolio.
·      Facilitate tradeoff discussions related to funding, timing, scope, capacity, sequencing, and enterprise impact.
 

Enable Delivery
·      Ensure consistent execution methodologies, governance processes, reporting practices, and delivery expectations across the portfolio.
·      Partner with Capability Owners, project managers, ETW resources, vendors, and functional delivery teams to maintain alignment and momentum.
·      Drive accountability, transparency, and execution discipline without becoming the project manager for every individual initiative.
·      Identify opportunities to simplify governance, reduce noise, improve decision quality, and increase portfolio effectiveness.
·      Help prevent fragmentation by ensuring programs, capabilities, and partners operate through one integrated roadmap and governance model.
