Day to day, you’ll be involved in:
- Delivering fantastic customer service and creating memorable consumer experiences
- Connecting with consumers and providing product knowledge and recommendations
- Supporting the team to achieve sales and service goals
- Supporting daily store operations, including product replenishment and maintaining the sales floor
- Bringing energy, positivity and a passion for Nike to every shift
You’ll get to work with an amazing and supportive in-store team, from Coaches to fellow Athletes.
WHAT YOU BRING:
We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals who enjoy working with people and delivering great service. To be successful in this role, these are all the great things you can bring to Nike:
- Your passion for the Nike brand
- Your passion for customer service and creating great consumer experiences
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
- Your strong communication and interpersonal skills

Join Nike as our newest Athlete - Sales and Service, where you'll work on a rotating roster and must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
