WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Global Process Delivery Analyst I role is responsible for executing core HR work fundamental to the Global Process Delivery function, including monitoring and completing tasks and tickets in Workday and ServiceNow (SNOW). This role supports the accurate and timely execution of employee lifecycle processes and helps ensure Nike employee data is complete, compliant, and maintained to a high standard.

The Analyst I is a detail-oriented problem solver who demonstrates curiosity, embraces continuous learning, and seeks to understand the broader impact of employee data and HR processes. This individual is comfortable working in a dynamic environment, applies critical thinking to resolve issues, and actively looks for opportunities to improve processes through technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The EMEA GPD team is responsible for executing and monitoring employee lifecycle events and ensuring Nike employee data is correct and complete. This includes, but is not limited to, new hires, rehires, onboarding, Right to Work compliance, employee contracts, leaves of absence, employee changes, organizational transformations, manager changes, and employee data required for downstream systems including payroll, mobility, immigration, and benefits.

This role supports the management of the EMEA GPD ServiceNow queue and contributes to achieving team KPIs and SLAs. The near-term focus of this position will be on Core HR for EMEA.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Execute routine HR transactions including personal data changes, onboarding activities, employee changes, contract administration, compensation changes, terminations, one-time payments, leave administration, and payroll-related inputs.
  • Complete Workday tasks and ServiceNow tickets accurately and within established service levels.
  • Support production plan audits by identifying data discrepancies and researching solutions.
  • Follow established operational procedures, work instructions, and compliance requirements to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Deliver service excellence by responding to employee, manager, and stakeholder inquiries in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Investigate issues, apply critical thinking, and identify appropriate solutions or escalation paths.
  • Contribute to maintaining data integrity across HR systems and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Leverage available technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, accuracy, and service delivery.
  • Develop expertise across employee lifecycle processes, countries, and systems through continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in team projects and operational initiatives such as Year End activities, organizational transformations, policy changes, and store openings or closures.
  • Support the maintenance of work instructions, process documentation, and knowledge management resources.
