Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM
As an Inventory Associate II, you will play a critical role in supporting Nike Air MI's maintenance and assets team by ensuring the accurate storage, movement, and availability of maintenance and assets inventory. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, support equipment uptime, and provide exceptional service to maintenance and assets technicians and production partners. Working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment, you will perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, receiving activities, and deliveries that help keep our operations running smoothly.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Performing daily storeroom operations, including inventory transactions, picking, staging, and line-side delivery of materials to support maintenance and production activities.
- Receiving, inspecting, and stocking parts and materials while verifying accuracy, quality, and documentation requirements.
- Executing scheduled cycle counts, investigating inventory variances, and supporting inventory accuracy initiatives through timely error resolution and reporting.
- Supporting urgent maintenance breakdown requests by locating, picking, and delivering critical parts with speed and accuracy to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment through 5S standards, inventory organization, and continuous improvement activities.
- Supporting inventory audits, record maintenance, process documentation, and cross-functional projects as needed.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1+ years of inventory, materials management, warehouse, storeroom, or related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Experience using barcode scanners, inventory systems, SAP or alternate ERP system, and warehouse management tools.
- Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry and transaction processing.
- Ability to identify parts and materials accurately and efficiently.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support technicians, maintenance teams, and production partners.
- Ability to prioritize work, adapt to changing business needs, and respond effectively to urgent requests.
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Powered equipment operation (PMV)
MUST BE ABLE TO
- Read and understand detailed work instructions and follow established safety procedures.
- Safely operate material handling and inventory management equipment as trained and authorized.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds (with reasonable accommodation if needed).
- Perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, squatting, and climbing throughout the workday.
- Work effectively in a manufacturing and storeroom environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
