They bring a strong point of view, sound judgment, and the confidence to challenge assumptions while maintaining trusted relationships across stakeholder groups.

They are known for their ability to create order from complexity, accelerate decisions, and help organizations accomplish outcomes that would otherwise be difficult to achieve. They lead with courage, accountability, and an unwavering focus on delivering impact.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will bring clarity to ambiguity, connect strategy to execution, and ensure teams remain aligned on the decisions, risks, priorities, and actions required to achieve business outcomes. You will serve as an objective, enterprise-minded leader who drives accountability, facilitates critical decisions, and helps teams move faster and smarter together.

Responsibilities

  • Create clarity where ambiguity exists by defining approaches, structuring work, developing plans, and driving progress even when a path forward is not immediately evident.
  • Foster a One Team mindset that enables healthy debate, strong partnerships, transparency, and collective accountability.
  • Elevate program management practices across the organization while continually improving how teams plan, communicate, govern, and deliver.
