WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is looking for a Senior Retail Producer to lead world-class retail productions for North America Brand Creative. This role owns production from design development through fabrication, installation, and final delivery, ensuring work is delivered with excellence against Nike’s seasonal and long-term brand objectives.
Highly organized, results-driven, and experienced across production, 3D environments, fabrication, and installation, the Retail Producer is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and creative partner. The Retail Producer anticipates risk, creates clear paths forward, and translates creative ambition into executable solutions while balancing consumer experience, scope, budget, timeline, feasibility, and quality.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will lead medium- to large-scale retail productions in partnership with Retail Design, Retail Brand Management, Visual Merchandising, Store Management, cross-functional Nike teams, and external partners. You will own production planning from concept through installation, establishing scope, budgets, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. You will lead production partner sourcing and negotiations with Procurement; manage budgets, accruals, and reconciliation; coordinate contracts with Legal and Business Affairs; and partner with Design on materials, finishes, fabrication methods, constructability, and feasibility.
During installation, you will lead run of show, vendor coordination, schedules, quality control, issue resolution, and final handoff. As a central connection point, you will clearly communicate decisions, risks, and changes while continuing to build a strong and diverse network of creative, fabrication, and production partners.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You’ll report directly to the Sr. Manager of Production at LAHQ and partner across LA, Portland, and NYC. Working closely with Design, Brand, and Visual Merchandising, you’ll connect creative ambition with production strategy, scope, timing, budget, and execution. You’ll also collaborate with Finance, Legal, Business Affairs, Procurement, Store teams, and other cross-functional partners to keep work moving and teams set up for success.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in production, creative production, retail production, experiential production, or related creative project management fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Production, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
- Experience producing retail environments, installations, showrooms, experiential spaces, or other 3D consumer experiences
- Strong understanding of fabrication, materials, finishes, installation processes, spatial requirements, and production feasibility
- Experience sourcing, negotiating with, and managing external production partners and vendors, including contracts in partnership with Procurement, Legal, and Business Affairs
- Strong production budget management, estimating, tracking, accrual, reconciliation, logistics, and cost-management experience
- Ability to build and manage integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables while identifying risks early and driving solutions
- Proven ability to lead multiple internal and external teams, communicate clearly, navigate ambiguity, and manage competing priorities
- Strong industry relationships and a passion for bringing ambitious creative ideas to life while evolving how the work gets made
- Ability to travel up to 50–70% of the time, primarily domestically with some international travel
