We're looking for an Accommodations Analyst to work directly with employees and business partners in Nike Retail, Distribution and Corporate locations throughout the Americas in providing accommodations in compliance with local/state/federal regulation and Nike policies. Demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with premiere customer service that recognizes the needs of all Athletes*.


If this is you, you'll be working in Beaverton, OR at Nike World Headquarters as a member of the Americas Benefits Operations team, reporting to the Americas Benefits Operations Manager. You'll be performing beginning to end case management, being responsible for the interactive process to figure out reasonable accommodations with employees, businesses, and medical providers.

A typical day includes:

  • Engaging with various levels of management to figure out reasonable accommodation in essential work function, work environment risks, business operation impact and evaluation on undue hardship under ADA,

  • Identifying trends/behaviors, assess risk, educate stakeholders and business partners, implement win-win solutions.

  • Evaluating work processes to increase efficiency, design work flow assignment(s) with business units and vendor to improve the associate experience.

  • Deliver service excellence to stakeholders by responding in a professional, accurate and timely manner to their requests.

  • You will partner with vendors to identify if ADA applies to referred cases, compile necessary medical documents, medical claim history, and figure out an effective, reasonable accommodation under the ADA.

  • You'll work closely with COE's team to reduce risk, identify non-compliance in company policy, and federal/state/local employment laws and regulations throughout the Americas.

  • Partner with legal and provide an in-depth review of case management actions.

  • Partner with cross functional teams and stakeholders to identify equipment needs, plus structural and/or environmental workspace considerations.

  • Coordinate with other HR departments and communicate appropriate actions/benefits offerings to stakeholders.


  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business or related field or an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree

  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Human Resources, delivering accommodations under the ADA, Leaves Administration, and Employee Relations

  • Experience developing practices and processes, managing vendor performance, and driving program results through project and program execution

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Team player, energetic, service-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment

  • Able to multi task, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timeline

  • Identify, analyze, and solve complex issues

  • Strong ability to partner with cross functional teams and influence others on business solutions that recognize all Athletes*

  • Prior experience or knowledge of workers' compensation administration and working knowledge of RightNow, Service Now HR SAP is preferred
