Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment. Prepare/submit expense reports.

Reception: Responds tactfully and promptly to inquiries and problems within scope of established authority. Handles confidential information. May serve as the central contact for general department information.

Logistics: Coordinates a full range of meeting, event, and travel arrangements; manages calendars. -Works with internal/external contacts for venue requirements and selection, room set-up, catering, and materials delivery. Utilizes Nike's on-line reservation system to ensure that Nike travel policy is followed in order to provide cost-effective and convenient travel arrangements. Works with travel agents, airlines, and others regarding planning and customer service issues.

Presentations: Utilizes computer skills to create high quality graphic and text presentations often under tight timeframes. Interprets needs, determines and produces effective presentation layout, and organizes final documents. Prepares special reports requiring the selection of relevant information from a variety of sources. Maintains and updates on going reports or databases.

Specific Work Experience:

3+ years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative support capacity.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Able to work extended hours and weekends as necessary and with little or no advance notice based on business needs.
    Completes work with a limited degree of supervision Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience Business Expertise Is skilled in more than one process or has developed deep skills in a single process delivering solutions Provides solutions to moderately complex or infrequently occurring problems by using existing precedents or procedures May gather information to help arrive at an appropriate solution Impact Prioritizes, organizes and makes decisions related to own work Uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency Provide support for NEO process, including ensuring accuracy of NEO participant list, participating in check-in process Assist HR Business Partners with a variety of administrative tasks such as: expense reports, PowerPoint, Excel, travel requests, organizational announcements and events. Identify and distribute department mail; administer overnight mail for HR department. Other duties as assigned. Able to work extended hours and weekends as necessary and with little or no advance notice based on business needs. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.


• Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience

• 3+ years of experience working in a Human Resources/Talent Acquisition team environment in a support role.
• 3+ years' experience in coordinating electronic meeting/calendar, making travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and/or appointments.
• Demonstrated expertise and proficiency using MS office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
