Description

  • The body of the work is passionate about the company's data technology instruments used to create, store, exchange, and use all forms of information 
  • Various data sources and resources will be used to develop solutions; from, but not limited to Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS, Cognos 
  • Develop code, configure applications, and automate processing for moderately complex requirements 
  • Participates in the following peer reviews: technical reviews, application reviews, integration reviews, standards and best practice reviews 
  • Creates test plans, implements tests, and validates test results for unit testing 
  • Performs application support, problem solving, and issue resolution with internal and external resources 
  • Contributes to technical solutions by performing technical analysis, identifying and presenting options 
  • Applies global process standards to system changes 
  • Documents and explains solution functionality to global teams when necessary for ownership transition 
  • Applies coding/configuration standards with best practices 
  • Manages and deploys code using Azure Dev Ops 
  • Conducts Compliance Issue Remediation 
  • Assists in designing of performance test scripts and implements performance tests 
  • Creates basic technical design documents and contributes to advanced technical design documents 
  • Assists in researching engineering resources and developing proof of concepts 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional supply chain teams within North America as well as other geographies as necessary 
  • Builds understanding of supply chain concepts and applies best practices towards solution delivery


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience. In lieu of a degree an additional 4 years of experience is acceptable. 
  • Advanced or expert experience in SQL server, SSRS and SSIS 
  • Experience in Teradata, Cognos, SAP 
  • Experience in Tableau developing and deploying dashboards 
  • Previous work within Nike or Nike Tech is an asset 
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain is an asset 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to interact with the business and explain technical concepts to non-technical people 
  • Keen attention to detail 
  • Business curiosity and learning agility 
  • Excellent organizational skills
