Description

As the Business Director for North America SNKRS & Launch you are a critical member of the team that owns/guides the programming and total consumer experience for the SNKRS platform and Launch products across the entire Nike digital ecosystem. In this role, you will partner with the SNKRS Sr Director to lead an integrated digital offense in partnership with NA functions, Brand, Merchandising, Planning, Operations, Analytics, Digital Product -coming together to strengthen a shared digital agenda, aligned business outcomes, and elevated ability to read and react.

Responsibilities include:

• Create and facilitate the SNKRS business program in partnership with the Sr Dir of SNKRS & collective platform leads.
• Support the platform's Geo 365, 24/7 offense, developing in-season read/react to respond to trends & opportunities with real-time relevance. This includes close partnership with Global NDE teams to ensure the continuous results of consumer launch moments.
• Responsible for delivering Launch LOB forecasts + meeting targets and for the performance of cross platform launch and SNKRS App launch products.
• Support the creation and implementation of go-to-market plans for SNKRS (product launch plans, campaigns, etc); guides key business milestones within existing corporate processes (Corporate Strategic Review, Annual Operating Plans, Quarterly Business Reviews)
• Act as a peer leader across cross-functional team, including dedicated Marketing, Planning, Analytics, Merchandising, Member Services, Digital Product
• Define and strengthen E2E KPI's-New members, Conversion, Buying Members, Weekly Active Users, Annual Order Frequency, & Retention
• Develop in-season operating plan motivating aligned business needs to hit budget, work back with planning & finance to reforecast.
• Partner to strengthen digital to physical + physical to digital strategies like SNKRS Stores/Pop-up strategies across Brand, Retail Ops, Real Estate, Planning, Merchandising and Analytics.
• Responsible for evolving SNKRS platform analytics in partnership with Consumer Direct Sciences to identify opportunities for growth + better serve the SNKRS consumer.
• Partner with Digital Product Lead (where appropriate) to align & integrate Digital product strategy
• Strengthen seasonal app membership plans, monitor program closely, impact programs future evolution, ensure app channel & Membership programs in season readiness


Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of directly relevant experience in the following functions: digital commerce, merchandising, brand marketing, strategy, digital products & experiences, and/or general administration
• Experience with digital or physical retail, and/or digital platforms is preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with consumer orientation and marketplace management
• Excellent ability to entrepreneurially develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and layers to strengthen results, preferably in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated ability to set and implement groundbreaking strategies endorsed by senior leadership teams
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize and take action against business results, trends, and opportunities
