Description

Will lead the development of enterprise-scale data products and reporting solutions in Beaverton, OR. Will lead cross functional teams in delivering data products that deliver incremental value to the business. Will build lasting relationships with a variety of key stakeholders, tease out requirements and drive adoption of tools and datasets. Will develop a product feature and release roadmap based on business targets, in-depth data analysis, and a clear understanding of consumer needs. Will socialize and align the product roadmap with executives and other stakeholders. Will build and prioritize a backlog of features, new products and bug fixes. Will serve as a subject matter expert across the entire data and analytics landscape. Will work with data scientists and business analysts on development of optimal data structures for efficiency of analysis. Will define product vision and work with engineers, report developers and data scientists. Will create product deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, and requirements specifications. Will lead highly performing cross functional development teams. Will work with agile development methodologies. Will write detailed technical specifications describing requirements for data products. Will serve as an active participant in architecture and design reviews. Will work with Tableau and other visualization tools. Will utilize SQL, AWS, and Hadoop. Will work with data transformation and BI tools. Will have three to five direct reports. Will engage in five percent domestic and international travel.


Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in analytics, computer science, information systems, or business. Will also accept a master's degree in analytics, computer science, information systems, or business Experience: Bachelor's degree and 7 years of overall progressive experience in business intelligence. Will also accept a Master's degree and 5 years of overall progressive experience in business intelligence. Skills/Requirements: This experience must include 5 years of experience in the following skill sets: (1) product management; (2) managing the intake and prioritization of data products; (3) Amazon Web Services; (4) SQL as a language; (5) data architecture; (6) data visualization; (7) requirements solicitation; (8) Cognos; and (9) Agile methodology.
