Description

• As Business Planner you will be responsible to drive sales by identify opportunities of growth both for Nike (sell in) and customers (sell out).
• Important aspect of the role is customers planning end to end to maximize growth potential.
o pre-season: setting budget according to actual sales taking into account both internal and external inputs (statistical forecasting inputs, historical trends, inventory goals).
o in season: tracking and analyze customers retail sales performance and provide precise recommendation for both partners and Nike. Identify opportunities such as missing sales due to low inventory and look for replenish by At Once orders. block slow movers.
o post season. What work and what didn't work. What we can learn from the season and what we can do better in next season.
• Build and maintain stock and sales plan & account health scorecard for strategic customers to let have deep view into their business
• Identify risk and opportunities. Monitor inventory levels against sales, raise flags when needed either for missing opportunity and potential risks.
• Improve customer assortment planning processes by working closely with account executive and provide recommendation in categories, business units and gender level.
• Using planning tools such as BI, Tableau, scorecards and other tool that enable faster and accurate decision and provide direct recommendation (do/not do).
• Ensure customers provide accurate & quality data to feed Nike BI POS tool.
• Responsible for a healthy G2N (top line to bottom line) and measure wholesale performance against the forecast. To do so you will collaborate with business leaders to grow company revenue and profitability through improved forecast accuracy, while minimizing risks, costs and closeouts and provide meaningful insights of partners' conditions.
• Capture quantitative and qualitative insights, analyzing possible solutions and provide directions for actions along with ad-hoc analysis.
• Prepare sales reports and recaps of shipments, booking & backlogs
• The role welcome creative thinking & open mind and involves working closely with account executive and sales managers and being responsible together for variety of customers from different channels (e.g. sporting goods, category specialty)

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in related field required
• Fluency in both Hebrew and English is a must
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry
• Open for travelling when required
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team player with a high adaptation capability
