Description

As the Commercial Data Analyst your goal as part of the Digital Sales Experience team is to drive Data Integrity & System Automation of Customer Master data within the Nike company systems (SAP, Nike.net, Nike flow, Salesforce.com). You will start with data entry and participate in digital integrity initiatives, which will allow you to enable and support a smooth sell-in / order process and moreover it will help you develop good understanding of operational processes between Sales (primarily territories) and DGTM across EMEA. Role itself will primarily require a candidate to organize data and produce reporting informational summaries that shall help us identify business performance and Customer landscape.

Your role will use a pro-active approach, effective communication throughout the Nike organization when participating in projects and you will consider/identify related policies to ensure Customer master automation development is compliant.

The Digital Sales Experience team operates in a fast-moving environment and the ability to stay calm under pressure is essential as well as the ability to deliver against tight deadlines. You also require strong creative and analytical skills, the ability to produce & manage projects against tight production schedules.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE THREE DISTINCT AREAS:

DRIVE DATA INTEGRITY & SYSTEM AUTOMATION OF CUSTOMER MASTER DATA WITHIN THE NIKE SYSTEMS (SAP, NIKE.NET, NIKE FLOW, SALESFORCE.COM)

  • Do data entry support to learn and understand the CM systems (primary Connect, SAP, Nike.Net)
  • Develop understanding of the Win-shuttle dynamic/purpose
  • Validate and execute business incoming requests for customer setups, maintenance and other processes where the team is involved (such as contributions to Finance processes)
  • Ensure accurate & timely fulfillment (within agreed SLA) of all incoming requests
  • Be the expert on Customer Master fields and their structure in the Nike systems
  • Communicate users process, policies and technical functions of master data across the Nike business
  • Audit the data entry processes across Nike systems. Partner with Production Support and Digital Platforms / Commercial Data teams to identify automated solution(s) for replacing manual repetitive entry tasks. Ensure successful implementation of the identified solution(s).
  • Collaborate and drive User acceptance tests for EMEA system automation & integration, when globally driven customer master system releases are planned [SAP, connect] and provide feedback to relevant Global counterparts


SUPPORT DEVELOPMENTS FOR CUSTOMER BUSINESS LANDSCAPE

Participate and work with the business regarding change initiatives related to customer master information
  • Participate and execute assigned ad-hoc project tasks for team specific and/or cross functional projects
  • Be expert of CM fields drive ownership of CM reports and its enhancements


OPTIMIZE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE BETWEEN TERRITORY GTMs & DGTM

  • Be the voice of sales processes and proactively aim to reduce manual operations through digital automation
  • Gather feedback, user stories from different teams and conclude the business objective for automation initiatives



Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Digital, Sales, Ecommerce
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), experience with SAP and Salesforce.com preferred
  • Skilled by using any analytical tools, such as Tableau, R, SQL etc..
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to achieve results in a dynamic environment and to deliver on operational levels
  • Proven ability to prioritize workloads, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results
  • Willing to learn and understand databases, systems, and the integration of processes
  • Pro-active problem solver with the ability to assess a challenge, identify the root cause and suggest a solution
  • Presentation skills - ability to articulate across the business
  • Fluent English - written & verbal
