At Nike, we see our Operations function as a source of competitive advantage. As our Commerce Operations Coordinator for North America, you'll support the Digital Platform Operations team in driving the daily offense for North America Digital Commerce. You will support key seasonal commerce, brand, sport and innovations moments as part of our Live Ops offense. You'll become a technical expert in the Nike Digital tools and the teams using and supporting them. You'll execute critical set-up activities, make in-the-moment changes to products, content and technical capabilities across the Digital Ecosystem in partnership with wide range of cross functional teammates in order to deliver a premium consumer journey in our digital ecosystem. In addition, you'll be a key contributor within the Platform Operations team and organization. To that end you'll:
  • Support the seasonal Operations calendar, product readiness, project tracking & project updates and communications
  • Execute pre-season and in-season management of Live Operations moments in collaboration with cross-functional brand, merch, ops and tech partners.
  • Coordinate process alignment with key partners (Merchandising, Planning, Site Merchandising, Supply Chain & Operations).
  • Develop, document and educate teams on Operations best practices, tools usage and processes for North America Digital commerce teams
  • Support daily Live Operations run-of-show documents, communications and updates.
  • Support in-season operations in relation to markdowns and promotional events.
  • Support end-to-end site quality monitoring in partnership with digital production and consumer service teams.


  • Bachelor's degree, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (an additional two years is acceptable in lieu of a degree).
  • Experience in (and passion for) digital/ecommerce is preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and/or work on cross-functional teams and provide management support for high visibility projects
  • Comfortable in problem structuring and strategic problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to complete intense and timely projects & events
  • Strong attention to detail & ability to move from task to task quickly
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to become an expert across multiple tools & capabilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
