We seek analytics experts to help manage and optimize Nike's digital footprint through the delivery of insights.

As the Digital Experience Analytics Manager for APLA, you will enable our Geo and Territories teams to make fact-based decisions that will drive performance and lead to the accomplishment of our goals. You will deliver insights on how consumers navigate, engage and purchase from our digital platforms and you will be the expert voice of all our experience analytics tools. You will be a permanent partner to some of the business-critical functions including Site Merchandisers, Media and UX. In summary, you will be key to the success of the business and a driver of well-informed decisions to our leaders.

This position requires a high-energy, organized and motivated person with strong knowledge of Digital Journey Analytics. The job requires high engagement and cooperation with teams located in five different countries in Asia and Latin America, hence a strong background in bias for action and team effectiveness is required. The right individual will be on top of Online retail trends as well be an as expert in Web Analytical tools and techniques.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with an absolute emphasis on Digital analytics
  • Hands-on experience with website optimization, tagging, journey analysis and conversion improvement including session and clickstream analysis tools such as Omniture/Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Proficiency with SQL and Tableau a plus
  • Strong communication skills both at a technical level as well as at a business performance level.
  • Clear understanding of Digital Marketing metrics, Online Commerce KPIs and ROI, sales attribution models and omnichannel analytics
  • Demonstrable examples of influencing decision-making and creating value to the end consumer via analytics
  • Experience in designing end-to-end testing (A/B and multivariate), research, and analytics plans via working with key partners to identify opportunities


IN ADDITION, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS THESE CHARACTERISTICS
  • Work independently to define best practices and processes, documenting and communicating to ensure implementation across territory teams
  • Ability to add value in a complex organization, requiring capacity to remotely deliver analysis to our territory teams. Job requires to engage periodically on voice and video sessions across multiple hours during the day (normal business hour plus some evenings).
  • International experience preferred
  • Capacity to manage multiple simultaneous tracks of work with both short and long term scope
