Description

The Digital Marketing Production Specialist for Nike EMEA is a strategic role for a candidate willing to become a key driver of Nike's digital display & paid social advertising program, owning the production workflow of creative assets, and leading creative strategy conversations.

The candidate will become a member of the EMEA Integrated Media team, helping to develop and execute our online media strategy across our EMEA markets. You will be focused on managing the workstreams between Nike and a network of creative agencies, media agencies, and other technology partners, to ensure creative production for digital marketing campaigns will stay on schedule and meet Nike's quality standards. You will also support the rest of the team in exploring and defining which creative assets will be used for each digital marketing campaign and media platform. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a test & learn agenda for digital creative best practices, partnering with our Marketing Science team. You will also become the expert in the team for creative requirements, capabilities, and best practices for each digital media platform.

This position requires a high-energy, self-motivated and curious individual with strong creative, technical, and analytical skills, high detail-orientation and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be thoughtful about the consumer and understand the value of a premium consumer experience. Strong collaboration skills are critical, as you will be working closely with a complex matrix of external agencies and internal teams, such as Integrated Media, Brand Design, Marketing Science, Category and Territory team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage creative production workstreams for all display & paid social campaigns, working closely with our creative/design/production agencies and the rest of the display team, to ensure production stays on schedule and meets quality standards.
  • Work with Dynamic Creative Optimizations and work with Creative Management Platforms 
  • Support the rest of the team in exploring, organising, selecting, planning which creative assets to use for each digital marketing campaign, by participating in all media campaign briefings.
  • Brief creative production agencies based on campaign requirements and lead subsequent production calls to ensure production stays on track, proactively identifying potential issues and exploring solutions.
  • Manage the revision process between our Brand Design team and the creative agency, to ensure feedback is documented into detail and implemented in a timely manner, ultimately ensuring all creative is fully vetted and approved.
  • Own the translation process by coordinating with our internal localization team and external translation agencies.
  • Maintain a detailed and precise account of deadlines, status, responsibilities, meeting notes, and next steps for each campaign/project.
  • Define, maintain, and drive a test & learn agenda for creative best practices on digital channels, partnering with Marketing Science to ensure KPIs are measured correctly and statistical criteria are met.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication & Media Studies, Business & Management, Web Design & User Experience, Creative Technologies Marketing or related.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience at a media agency, creative agency, design agency, digital publisher, adtech/martech company, client-side, or related.
  • Experience with Dynamic Creative Optimizations (DCO)  and Creative Management Platforms is a necessity
  • Experience with project management tools is preferred.
  • Experience in and solid knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools, in particular programmatic display and paid social.
  • Visually-oriented, comfortable with having in-depth discussions with design/creative agencies, but also digital publishers and technology partners.
  • Unique passion for blending creativity and technology in the digital space.
  • Ability to absorb a high amount of detailed information, summarize it, and present in a clear and concise way to multiple stakeholders.
