Description

As the Director of Digital Sales Enablement, you will work across a large and diverse team to drive the overall Showroom and Retail Labs strategy and execution in EMEA, with the focus on elevation and digitization of a seamless customer journey.

You will bring a customer-focused and business-minded approach to evaluating and improving existing processes across various areas including tools and systems (Nanonation, Nike.net in showroom environment, sample tools, VRS etc), support models, POCs, vendors research and management, team structures and responsibilities. You will take the lead in identifying the short, medium and long-term opportunities for pushing operational excellence across the showroom ecosystem (retail labs and commercial photo studio included). Finding the right balance between physical and digital experiences to best serve Nike Sales and Nike Retailers will be at the core of your responsibility, continuously influencing the overall global showroom strategy.

To further evolve the showroom support model, you will partner closely with WD&C and Nike technology to deliver best in class premium showroom experience and secure revenue for Nike, while brining continuous innovation to the commercial spaces. Your ability to influence the broader Nike teams to drive quality and relevance across all touch-points will be a significant key to your success.

You will regularly measure and assess performance across showrooms and samples to inform new goals as you continuously raise the bar on our customer experience and operational excellence. You will demonstrate passion for digital and affinity with technology. You will require strong creative skills, ability to translate complex ideas into digestible terms, coupled with stellar communication to manage internal stakeholders, vendor and agency partnerships.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Showrooms and Retail Labs:

  • Design and deliver Showroom of the Future concept for Key Categories and Key cities first in close alignment with the needs of Nike Code process
  • Ensure scalability of concepts including development and delivery of new solutions, support model (global-geo-territory) and training
  • Co-lead the evolution of the digital sell-in journey for Nike retailers (from nike.net to showrooms)


Samples and Digital Samples:

  • Automate and simplify the sample process, by delivering and evolving the sample tool of the future (SPACE 2.0 - EMEA led initiative); be ready to extend to Merch organization and go global
  • Define and monitor key KPI's for the sample pipeline (physical and digital) to support the vision for NCC in EMEA


SNAP Studio Operations:

  • Lead the operations of the SNAP photo studio on Nike EHQ campus to ensure enablement of local commercial content production:
  • Keep evolving SNAP studio capabilities towards the goal of operating at 75-100% capacity
  • Establish a well-functioning SNAP on TOP process post pilot phase to allow for content production with production samples, supporting wide range of wholesale accounts as well as brand photo shoots



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Technology, Architecture or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of professional experience including operations and process improvement. Direct experience in B2B Sales and/or project and program management highly valuable.
  • Proven ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment.
  • Visionary/strategic thinking and feel for innovation
  • Track record working in a team environment to define and align strategies, roadmaps and priorities
  • Proven leadership experience turning a global vision into reality
  • Demonstrated experience managing, coaching and inspiring a team
  • Proven vendor management skills
  • Strong influencing and presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
