Nike's HR Global Analytics function is a growing team responsible for building and deepening a holistic view of Nike's workforce through data and analytics and applying those insights to inform the development, evolution and transformation of our workforce. Using channels ranging from qualitative to quantitative, and data across all facets of HR, our team connects the science and art of Nike to the hearts and minds of our teams around the world.

We are looking for a leader to accelerate our Enterprise Talent Analytics efforts. You'll be at the center of a broad range of data spanning across all areas of HR and you'll be responsible for illuminating key trends and KPI's for our executive stakeholders across the enterprise. You'll work with our HR Leadership Team in support of key, strategic events like Board of Directors Meetings, executive level Talent Planning Sessions and enterprise business review forums. You'll be the analytics expert supporting, and powering, these events.

You're someone who has a deep passion igniting business decisions and actions through data, for introducing new and meaningful analyses, an eagerness to dig into the data, and a vision for how HR analytics can impact one the of world's most prestigious brands and its workforce.

You will become an invaluable partner to our executive leadership team by delivering comprehensive analyses to answer complex business questions and you'll work across our analytics teams to ensure there is a collective and holistic view to your work.

You will think broadly and creatively about the role of talent and HR analytics at Nike and how data and insights can be used to help the entire company.

The ideal candidate excels in a cross-functional team environment and thrives in a fast-paced organization where there is an opportunity to make a positive impact. In this role, you'll work across multiple HR functions and can easily translate business opportunities back to data exploration, analysis and world-class storytelling.

This position requires a positive, enthusiastic team player with strong hands on HR and talent analytical experience, drive and creativity.   • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field. Advanced degree a plus.
  • 8-9 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis on HR and Talent analytics required.
  • High business acumen, with an affinity for data exploration, analysis, and working with business intelligence tools and large amounts of data.
  • Strong history of analytical team leadership, communications and building collaborative business partner relationships.
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to sift through data, identify critical information, develop hypotheses, apply relevant techniques, and perform rigorous analyses quickly and consistently.
  • Moderate SQL experience preferred. Experience with a statistical tool or package is a plus (such as R, Python, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
  • Strong project management capabilities to manage multiple project streams and complexity; propensity for thinking through projects in a process-oriented way required.
