As our Director, Global Influencer Marketing within the Global Influencer Marketing organization, you will align with the Sr. Director, Influencer Marketing to develop and implement visionary marketing strategies and plans to serve the Global Influencer Marketing offense.

You will drive visionary plans that keeps the brand on the edge of culture. This role will drive long term strategic and visionary marketing plans with our collaborators and also with our most innovative Nike products to energize visionaries in the world.

You will work with the IM marketing team and functions at global and across our geographies and cities to drive and implement new thinking in marketing and craft new creative approaches in how we connect with our consumer.

In this role you will work closely with our key functions and categories to draft briefs and marketing plans that drive seasonal and long-term work. You'll develop and maintain effective relationships across the matrix and work closely with a diverse cross-functional team to lead seasonal marketing plans.

You will be working closely with Key City territory teams, making sure the marketing plans are set up for success from brief, execution to recap. You'll drive the Integrated Marketing process and lead cross-functional teams that enable timely and effective implementation of the season game-plan process. You will also lead and cultivate external agency relationships.

You'll utilize internal partnerships and leverage external relationships that enhance the team's effectiveness. You will be expected to be part of an exhilarating, high energy, high performing environment with people who have a passion for sports, passion for the Brand and creating meaningful connections between consumers and the Nike brand.

Requirements for the position include:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, or an additional two years in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 10 years of demonstrated Marketing excellence and or Brand Planning, Brand Marketing knowledge, with responsibilities to include experience to include brand design, retail and event production.
  • Recent experience managing the global category marketing game plan process, understanding inputs/outputs and impacts of decisions on all key gates leading to a premium brand experience for the consumer.
  • Knowledge of the intersection and relationship of global and geography marketing processes
  • Proven ability to develop and drive operational strategy and excellence throughout the marketing process, identifying and adopting best practices to optimize performance
  • Experience managing (directly or virtually) diverse teams with potentially competing priorities.
Preferred:
  • Experience in one of Nike's key categories, with an in-depth understanding of categories, consumers and territories
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team toward a vision through effective collaboration within a matrix environment
