Nike Digital is a strategic focus and the growth engine for Nike, Inc. As a member of the Growth Team within Nike Digital, you will support high impact, high visibility initiatives to drive growth across the Nike Digital portfolio. As part of that work, you will be a key player in optimizing and activating Growth across commercial, marketing, and product teams, and leading cross-platform growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and size future Growth opportunities for the Nike Digital portfolio, including key consumer-facing apps
  • Field ad hoc special projects from the Nike Digital leadership team, including Chief Digital Office
  • Facilitate cross-functional and senior leadership discussions and build relationships across the business to effectively and efficiently deliver high-impact Growth priorities
  • Support weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to senior executives
  • Develop a broad portfolio of growth ideas to implement through various market tests and programs
  • Lead cross-functional teams in support of cross-platform growth strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and conversion
  • Develop and present Growth materials to educate all levels of audiences - from junior team members to senior leaders - on key growth concepts
  • Oversee maintenance and socialization of the Nike Direct Growth Model in partnership with analytics
  • Serve as Go-to-Market consultant for expansion of digital experiences in new territories or launch of new services.
  • Develop targets, marketing plans, and coach cross-functional territory and global teams in the development of commercial and operating capabilities required
  • Perform market research and analysis as well as competitive deconstructs/tear-downs of digital experiences


  • 5+ years of experience (3 years' experience post-MBA preferred) in Strategy, Product Management or Product Marketing in a consumer-facing digital commerce setting
  • Experience in Digital Commerce, Management Consulting or Investment Banking a plus
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to promptly establish priorities and communicate expectations
  • Ability to drive key growth initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and excel in the face of ambiguity
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital and retail market landscape, both through a technology and competitor lens
  • Track record of working effectively as a thought partner to senior leaders and their teams to drive change
  • Experience working in a global business environment required, accounting for different digital ecosystems, consumer expectations, and regulations in different regions and countries
  • Expertise in search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media, app store optimization, app download strategies, and digital advertising a plus
  • Previous experience with SQL, database architecture, and building BI tools a strong plus
