The Digital Product Management team powers Nike's digital experiences, which provides unparalleled access, benefits and services to athletes of all levels. Whether it is Nike's digital commerce, our mobile applications or our membership experiences, the team creates ways for consumers to engage with Nike to access product, and stay motivated, challenged and connected.

Who are we looking for?




We are searching for a Director of Product for the Nike.com team in Hilversum (EHQ). You have exceptional data analytics and articulation skills and a deep understanding of written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail. You also have experience managing priorities with third party vendors and key partners. You are comfortable making build versus buy recommendations based on industry knowledge. You can provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trends and have a clear, concise and persuasive communication style that compels to action. You have a history of developing and growing product management talent through challenging situations and can lead high performing, cross-functional teams.

What will you work on?




As Director of Product in EMEA, you will lead the vision and roadmap of world-class digital experiences for athletes for Europe. You will identify market opportunities to take advantage of, and search for ways to better serve consumers across EMEA.

Who you will work with?




You will be part of the Global Product Management organisation, and will contribute to definition and execution of the product vision and strategy. You will partner with Stakeholders across the Business, Brand, Membership & Operations teams in EMEA. You will also partner with executives across multiple functions to develop a cohesive product strategy, product roadmap, and to ensure business objectives are met and exceeded. Above all, you will be a constant champion for the needs of our consumers.

What do you bring to Nike?
  • Bachelor/Master degree required, MBA preferred
  • At least 9 years of experience in product management; consumer mobile or web product experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high performance, cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional data analysis skills
  • Ability to create product deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, and requirements specifications; experience with cloud-based software tools preferred
  • Experience managing live mobile app or web experiences with multivariate testing preferred
  • Experience managing priorities with third party vendors and key partners
  • Outstanding written/oral, organisational, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trends
  • Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive stakeholders
  • Strong passion for creating engaging, compelling fitness and sports user experiences
  • Previous start-up, social networking and/or software consulting experience a strong plus
