Strategic Enterprise Capabilities (SEC) is a reinvention of the way Nike does business. We see the opportunity to strengthen our value chain, connect the matrix, unlock new technologies and elevate the strategies that inspire future innovations. The SEC team will drive end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, leveraging a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and best-in-class technology solutions that support the retail experience of the future. As our SEC Program Enablement Director, you will report to the SEC Senior Director of Program Planning and Operations. You will lead the SEC efforts to connect individuals, teams and knowledge so SEC can do its job with more confidence and more ease.

The Director, SEC Program Enablement will drive the activation of a productive, engaged, world-class enterprise program team. This role will lead a team to understand the needs of the program, develop and execute a program communications strategy, own program collaboration tools, and deliver learning experiences in service of creating an employee experience that represents the Nike brand. Moreover, this role will build strong relationships within the program and partner with our systems integrator to understand their methodologies to facilitate progress and enable people to do their jobs.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a seasoned organizational change, communication and learning professional with strong experience in transformational and digital programs. This role requires a candidate that is strong at building partnerships across functions to align strategies and drive execution. This person will be a strategic thinker with an ability handle multiple and competing priorities while driving their plan to execution.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Conduct primary research to understand program member needs to inform communication and learning strategies and tactics
Define strategy and identify best practices for sharing intra-program information for co-located and globally remote team members
Lead the development and cascading of program information to the global program audience
Drive the creation and execution of key program messages to a globally diverse audience. Facilitating key touchpoints including town halls, program phase kick-offs and milestone recognitions.
Recommend, implement and maintain program collaboration tools
Work with Nike Enterprise Employee Enablement to drive tool best practices
Partner closely with adjacent enabling functions (PMO, TCO, UX) to identify overlaps, drive clarity of ownership, and deliver holistic, multi-disciplinary solutions.
Develop and execute Program Member experiences to enable consistency of program execution across teams throughout the program lifecycle
Develop programs to celebrate program, team, and individual wins
Guide our systems integration partner as they develop training materials and job aides to ensure a Nike branded employee experience
Define and execute learning curriculum to ensure that each team member understands their role, is equipped with the right skills and are prepared to execute the program
Develop and maintain cross functional partnerships within the program and across the enterprise

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Organizational Change Management, Communications, HR, and/or Operations or related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• 10-12 years broad business experience, preferably in the implementation of business change initiatives
• Experienced level understanding of Organizational Change Management concepts, models, and best practices
• Ability to work effectively across the matrix and a wide range of NIKE management and teams
• Validated ability at working with external partners and activating methodologies within a global enterprise
• Understanding of large ERP transformations and program lifecycle management in an agile environment to drive the learning and communications for the program.
• Previous hands-on program experience in significant, large-scale process, organizational and system implementations
• Consistent track record of "making change stick" & driving adoption of new processes and tools
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
• Consulting background with hands-on implementation experience of major process, organizational and technology systems change a plus
• Ability to collaborate with, lead and develop a team of direct reports and virtual team members is essential
