Supply Chain

The Nike, Inc. Supply Chain team is the engine that propels product around the world. Supply Chain experts ensure that every year, almost a billion units of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right place, at the right time. To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accountants, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide - making the impossible happen every single day.
Description

Job Accountabilities:

Build balanced sales plan with the consideration of sales/margin/inventory to ensure the delivery of financial target for wholesales business.

Initiate in-season management proposals to support business plans and cross functional alignment.

Lead period analysis, including but not limited to product level sell through and overall sales/margin/ inventory study to influence current and future season planning.

Pre-season

• Drive internal long range or seasonal sales plan submission process.

• Initiate & facilitate yearly/seasonal in-season resource plan.

• Deliver aligned business plan through consumer code gates.

• Support order book review process.

In-season

• Conduct weekly/monthly/seasonal business review and analysis of highlight or lowlight vs. plan.

• Track key product in-season performance to trigger cross season management plan.

• Initiate and review sales programs to drive business result and align with cross functional team.

• Support in-season management planning system.

• Maintain routine future order reporting & database.

•       C ommunicate in-season shipment tracking progress.

Job Qualifications:

• Business planning, buying experience with other apparel / footwear or FMCG brand

• Comprehensive understanding of retail math

• Ability to create reports, sales plans based on business sense

• Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others

• Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.

• Good team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners on all aspects of the business

Critical Experiences Gained:

• Finance knowledge

• Product insights

• Effectively communication and Influencing Others

• 3+ years planning experience in sports/FMCG/fast fashion brands is a plus

• Experience of coding or big data analysis (eg: VB, SQL server, Python) is a plus
