We are looking for talented and driven person to provide essential administrative assistance and support to a number of the EMEA West Leadership Team, along with other senior management as and when necessary. You will be part of a small team of Executive Assistants based in our London office that provide invaluable support to Nike's leadership team and the nature of this work can, and will, vary enormously.

This role will support: Football, Sports Marketing, Running and Women's within EMEA West

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Provide 'day to day' assistance and support; coordinating correspondence, phone calls, emails, meetings, travel, admin support, technical assistance, weekly updates, sensitive consumer issues etc.
  • Liaise with European Headquarters & Global Headquarters to co-ordinate meetings involving NIKE VIPs, Key Accounts etc.
  • All departmental communication to be dealt with confidentially and sensitively, ensuring vital business information is forwarded to the relevant internal or external parties
  • Plan and execute key UK events from start to finish, driving and strengthening strategy plans and teaming building.
  • Act as key point of contact for international visits to London from EMEA and Global Leadership team
  • Manage Travel & Expenses budget re-allocation, feedback any issues where appropriate
  • Updating Org charts and arrange mid-year review with direct reports
  • Work with other key business PA's to provide a NIKE UK & Ireland contract between the companies' external company travel/booking organisation. Provide effective rate negotiation with external suppliers, identifying NIKE preferred hotels, where appropriate and planning for cost effectiveness in relation to journeys and overnight stays.
  • Provide 'day to day' assistance to Director and Heads of Departments with regards to correspondence, meetings, travel and minutes preparation
  • Booking of travel in accordance with company policy.
  • Process expenses for all your directors
  • Support with ad-hoc projects and sensitive/confidential correspondence etc. in relation to the NIKE UK & Ireland Senior management team and the wider business.


  • Sound educational background, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role within a busy office environment, providing high level support to a Management Team.
  • Highly skilled within day-to-day administrative duties, and experience of delivering additional projects such as: arranging global visits, team offsites, internal projects
  • Must be capable of demonstrating sensitivity and confidentiality with business matters and correspondence.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple teams and to deliver within tight time-frames
  • Strong event management and logistics experience.
  • Excellent computer skills (work, excel and PowerPoint skills), organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, with the ability to act as a NIKE Ambassador.
  • Sound business awareness and understanding of the companies' corporate responsibilities and objectives.
  • Understanding and awareness of Nike culture and purpose
