Your Role on the Team

As a Enterprise Platform Program Director, you will lead a highly visible and strategic team passionate about aligning strategic targets with tactical asks. The effective candidate will:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Lead the design, approach, and implementation of Program direction and Agile implementation through teams supporting the Enterprise Platforms organization including Program Directors, Program Managers, and ScrumMasters. 
  • Lead financial strategic planning implementation for Enterprise Platforms in partnership with our strategic operations team. Be a point person for key initiative ownership from a program dimension. 
  • Own program scope, change, risk management. Facilitate mitigation through relevant stakeholders and governance processes. 
  • Define, implement and monitor metrics and KPIs to report project status and ensure ongoing strategic alignment with short and long-term business goals. 
  • Establish and maintain best practices and standardized frameworks, instruments and operational processes related to project management, collaboration, knowledge management, resource planning, vendor management, and dashboards. 
  • Guide project budgets and scope, and will conduct resource mitigation planning for risks that are proactively identified. 
  • Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities. 
  • Identifies and resolves complex operational and organizational problems. 
  • Manages team and sets team and team member goals that align with department and function goals. 
  • Develops team structure that facilitates and maximizes team member and team performance.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field. MBA preferred. 
  • 8-10 years' experience developing and managing large-scale programs; should include comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or as a leader in a functional role. 
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience working on technology products or projects 
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing multiple simultaneous large, complex programs in an engaged environment, with accountability of deadlines and value propositions. 
  • Administration experience with teams greater than 20 in size. 
  • Demonstrated results in cross-functional integration/relationships and program implementation 
  • Deep understanding of application and implementation of program metrics and KPI's 
  • Ability to facilitate large-scale change/projects 
  • Experienced project/program management skills. Lean process design experience preferred. 
  • Demonstrated achievement of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve bold goals. 
  • Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others. 
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills 
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments 
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization 
  • Demonstration of excellent influencing skills
