Marketing, Marketing & Communications

The Nike, Inc. Communications team develops, establishes and strengthens authentic connections with diverse audiences through the lens of innovation and sport. The team creates premium and innovative brand stories, builds and enhances corporate reputation and brand equity, and engages audiences such as consumers, media, athletes, investors, non-governmental organizations and Nike's own employees. The team focuses on information, inspiration and connection to accelerate the growth of Nike, Inc. Communications employees ignite conversations, envision the possibilities, and influence and deliver new levels of creative and strategic thinking to advance the brand around the world.
Description

Based in Berlin, you will  be a key member of territory Nike Football brand team and are responsible for connecting with our consumer & other key stakeholders in Berlin.

  • You will continuously evolve our consumer network including city influencers and other key stakeholders of the city's Football culture.
  • You will work closely with the Nike Football Brand lead on clear consumer profiles and deliver ongoing insights & consumer feedback for our brand campaigns as well as other strategic plans.
  • You will execute key projects as part of the brand plan with a focus on Berlin.  
  • You will be the point person for Nike stakeholders on all levels, from global to local, for city consumer knowledge and essential in connecting and organizing city immersions.
  • You will build and activate a network or local Football partners in line with our strategic direction.
  • You will manage resources, projects, and relationships effectively.



Qualifications

Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and/or Communications.
  • At least 2 years of experience in brand marketing including experience in community management.
  • Experience working with key consumers and influencers.
  • Previous experience working within brands that are targeting young consumers.
  • Fluency in English and German, written and verbal.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrate Brand passion and act with integrity.
  • Strong understanding of the Berlin (football) landscape.
  • Understanding of our direct competitors and the impact their efforts are making with our consumer.
