OVERVIEW

As our Global Cross-Category Integrated Seasonal Readiness (ISR) Toolkit Optimization Intern your primary responsibility will be to identify best practices in ISR tools (both current and of the future) to elevate the Go To Market (GTM) process as well as establish consistency across categories.



RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Integration into the FA21 Integrated Seasonal Readiness (ISR) gate planning process.
  • Work collaboratively with the Global Category Operations team to understand the current state of tools being created for the ISR moment.
  • Partner with Geography sales partners and merchandising and brand functional stakeholders to evaluate qualitatively and quantitatively the current tools' usage and effectiveness.
  • Create a strategic Cross-Category approach to the ISR toolkit to establish consistency and increase efficiency.
  • Identify tools of the future that will elevate the Go to Market effectiveness for Geography, territory and Integrated Account teams.


WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE


  • Currently pursuing MBA with an expected graduation date of Winter 2020 or Spring 2021
  • Background in strategic planning, consulting, and business or marketing
  • Work collaboratively and communicate across a varied group of relevant stakeholders including, Product Creation teams, Global Category teams, and Geography Sales teams
  • Create thoughtful strategic plans
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and communicate to many levels within the org
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ability in handling multiple and competing priorities and requests
