OVERVIEW

As our Global Cross-Category Marketplace Intern your primary responsibility will be to assess and define the global marketplace opportunity for Nike's equipment business and to develop the strategic approach within Nike's Consumer CODE operating process that delivers best in class go-to-market tools in service of Geography teams.



RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work collaboratively across multiple Global product functions, Global Categories, and Geography Sales Operations teams to determine the marketplace opportunity and business requirements.
  • Create a strategic Cross-Category go-to-market (GTM) process within Nike's Consumer CODE operating model across Socks, Bags, and Headwear.
  • Work collaboratively with Global Category Operations and Global Digital GTM teams to develop best in class tools for the Integrated Seasonal Readiness (ISR) CODE moment.


  • Currently pursuing MBA with an expected graduation date of Winter 2020 or Spring 2021
  • Background in strategic planning, consulting, and business or marketing
  • Work collaboratively and communicate across a varied group of relevant stakeholders including, Product Creation teams, Global Category teams, and Geography Sales teams
  • Create thoughtful strategic plans
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and communicate to many levels within the org
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ability in handling multiple and competing priorities and requests
