Within GOT, Global Sourcing & Manufacturing (GSM) manages Nike's contract manufacturing supply chain. Together with our factory partners, we are building a smarter, more connected and automated supply chain to meet growing consumer demand.

The Performance Management team within GSM is responsible for the reporting on the operating performance and strategic capabilities of our factory partners portfolio, to inform strategic decisions by our senior leadership.

As the Manager of Performance Measurement & Analysis, you will report to the Director of Performance Management and be part of the team that leads the definition of the metrics and processes that enable GSM to lead and continuously improve the performance of our portfolio of factory partners.

As the Manager of Performance Analytics, you will:
•Contribute to the continuous improvement of GSM performance management processes and framework
•Leverage data to derive key insights to inform strategic decision-making by our senior leaders handle monthly and quarterly reporting cycles for the GSM key performance indicators, the Manufacturing Index and the Capabilities Index
•Ensure information is accurate, timely and pertinent
•Develop a close working relationship with all stakeholders involved in reporting and/or consuming the information
•In partnership with other subject matter authorities in the organization, contribute to develop or evolve metrics and processes to assess the performance of our contract manufacturing supply chain

•To be able to work independently with minimum guidance, managing simultaneous projects and deadlines
•To be able to manage multiple stakeholder engagements and requirements simultaneously
•Obsess details without losing sight of the big picture
•A creative and analytical mind, with strong quantitative skills
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Attention to detail, balanced by big picture orientation
•Ability to influence and drive results within a highly matrixed and complex organization
•High level of intellectual curiosity

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with focus on Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Finance
•Five years of relevant work experience in operations research/management, supply chain management, consulting, finance, or related field
•Graduate degree in relevant field can replace one year of experience
•Experience in the apparel or footwear industry a plus.
