As a Graphic Designer on the Global Human Resources Strategy Team, you will utilize your knowledge and capabilities in design to create compelling visual stories that enable and help realize our HR and broader People Strategy. You will be a key member of the Team working to set, refine and drive the strategic priorities for the HR function. You will also be responsible for driving the ideation, concept development and branding that reflects Nike's design ethos for our most critical work in HR.

- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years progressively technically sophisticated graphic design experience

- Proven ability to weigh into and visualize strategic ideas to make them resonate with all levels of from our executive team to our employees.

- Proven ability to apply and perform graphic design skills, including drawing/sketching, typography, ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing, and scale, visual presentation development and layout that is supported by a portfolio of non-computer based creative art and graphic design

- Demonstrated ability for creative storytelling and turning strategy into content/layouts, layouts into art, art into stories, and stories into presentations

- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in advanced concept skills, advanced graphic design, advanced design skills, advanced Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign/HTML

- Experience in both digital and print design environments

- Prior experience working with global, matrixed corporate environment

- Knowledge of and sensitivity to trends influencing design in general

- Demonstrated high level of expertise using graphic design software

- Proven ability to work in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment

- Advanced PowerPoint and information design skills mandatory with the Adobe Creative Suite

- Able to prioritize, manage multiple projects, negotiate and conceive/create new ideas in a high-pressure environment

- Rigorous attention to detail and high level of accuracy

- Perseverance, diplomacy and the ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines

- Must be proactive problem solver, with strong drive and work ethics

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Mac and PC platform proficiency

- Must show portfolio
