Description

To support our growth, we are looking for an HR Business Partner. In this position you will join the HR team in Laakdal, Belgium, where you and your colleagues will be responsible for developing the Human Capital Strategy for distribution activities of Nike's European Logistic Campus. 

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?



As an HRBP you will help the business to build talent strategies aligned to their business plans. By doing that you will build and grow internal talent. You will coach the management teams on leadership en HR topics/issues including those talent goals and HR/talent implications of business decisions.

Co-creation with the business and the COE's is key. You will have the opportunity to manage and guide organizational and human design, development and change management solutions in partnership and support from the COE's. You will apply diagnostic skills and core metrics to guide those COE's in the shaping of appropriate and innovative HR solutions.

You will also lead successful implementation of Distribution Center initiatives and/or HR processes. You will provide tools, advice, and information to support effective execution. Next to that, you will be able to develop strategic workforce plans aligned with business strategies and objectives, and you will build a strong relationship with our social partners, which will help you achieving the common goals. Within our HR distribution team, you will have one or more direct reports.


Qualifications

You are a true and active listener who is easily approachable and who communicates fluently and convincingly in Dutch and English. You can challenge yourself and the business to think innovatively. You always keep the balance between the active team player and the independent professional.

As an HR professional, you have that talent management expertise to maximize the potential of a team with ability to link and leverage performance and rewards. You have the ability to become a trusted business partner who creates consensus, influences change and moves others toward a common goal.

You have a proven experience (5-7 years) in core consultative and administrative areas of HR, including: organizational design and development; performance/compensation management; employee relations; learning and development; succession planning and recruiting/selection; leadership and competency development; benefits and knowledge of relevant HR legislation of Belgium. You are experienced in working with unions in a large organization.
