Description

Reporting to the Pacific Brand Director, this role will see you develop and drive the Nike media marketing strategy across Australia & NZ. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing various elements of the campaigns with the goal of inspiring athletes*, as well as generating awareness and demand for Nike products and innovation.

The Integrated Media Manager will manage and oversee the strategy and execution of media advertising campaigns across all media channels including, but not limited to, digital and mobile, TV, Print and OOH. The role will require collaboration with category marketing leads and with functional marketing partners to ensure the most impactful 360-degree integrated media marketing campaigns.

Preference will be given to applicants who have:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years relevant Consumer Marketing, advertising, media and/or fashion and Digital Retail experience
  • Experience planning and executing omni-channel media strategy, esp for a multi-channel retailer, combining both online and offline success criteria
  • Experience with various media channels
  • Budget management experience and a proven record of demonstrating strong return on investment
  • A relentless customer focus, with the ability to translate insight and trends with actionable business plans
  • Exceptional analytical skills; proven ability to use data to drive business decisions and marketing optimisation
  • Strong knowledge of sport, athletic and culturally relevant industries
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate complex information and concepts to a diverse audience
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across a matrix organization
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to deal with constant change
